Today I went to IKEA to fill up my room to be in North Sydney where I’ll move in the 14th. It's a good place for students to go when they need to buy new furniture.
It was nostalgic and a bit touchy to walk along Swedish furniture and names. When I had payed for everything (much more expensive than in Sweden….) I went to a home delivery service outside with everything (huge desk, chair, mattress, bed table, small drawer and so on - thank god there is kitchen stuff already). They didn’t take fragile stuff or plants! Ha! So I had to carry my heavy palm tree and my other plant that I bought to make my next place feel inviting to work in.
So, all my things will be delivered tomorrow to the new place which is so worth it. But not my plants. They and I had to take the train. It was a long day and I fell asleep amongst my little rain forest at the train. We’ll be friends forever.
Now the plants stand in my hostel room. I don’t really feel even more like a backpacker with my own plants.

I felt a bit like the wonderful film Leon.
